Finally weighing in on this important topic. 😁
After you’ve had oily melting puddles of hot mayonnaise on your pizza, or been served pizza topped with yellow corn and canned tuna fish, pineapple on pizza seems like a great idea.
It is, for certain, not the worst.

I’ve lived most of my life in a climate with fairly cold, snowy winters, so winters in the place I’m now living, with its milder climate, is taking some getting used to. On the one hand, it’s nice not to have to worry so much about snow removal and winter weather driving. On the other hand–I like snow. And it’s confusing to have all winter look like early March.
A little more snow, please, Winter?
(Also, my snowflakes look like a distracted spider made them😅).

Those tubes can be surprisingly difficult to open, so they tend to pop at the exact moment when you are convinced the thing is never going to yield.

Just a cozy little snowstorm drawing for this Friday in January.

My new 2024 calendar is, in fact, up…but when hanging it up, I inadvertently left it open at December. It took me a whole day to realize this. So that seems to be how I’m feeling about this year.
Only 50 more weeks left to go….

That’s one way to take down your Christmas tree….

Brace yourselves, another U.S. presidential election is coming….🍿
But in the meantime, happy New Year!

Another Christmas snack attack!
This year’s Christmas card design is a sort of sequel to last year’s “Popcorn String,” as well as being inspired by “Tempting,” one of my Inktober comics from 2022.
I basically revolutionized how I color and edit comics at the end of this year; the old desktop that I was using for editing suddenly stopped opening Photoshop, so I replaced it with a laptop and the newest version of Photoshop. I also invested in some Copic artist markers and Prismacolor pencils. Having good, up-to-date materials and tools has made a world of difference, and I think you can see it in this card as compared to last year’s. I’m excited to go into the new year with all these new goodies!
I’ll be taking a break from posting for the week of Christmas, and then will be back on New Year’s Eve with a comic to ring in 2024.
Merry Christmas!
